PURCHASES AND SHIPMENTS

HOW TO BUY

If you wish to place an order send us an email with the description of the products, the quantities you wish to buy, the P.C. , the country and a contact email. We will send you a Pro-forma Invoice.

If you agree with the proforma, you must provide us with the information detailed in the following table for us to issue the invoice and you must make the payment via Paypal, Transferwise or bank transfer to the account that appears detailed in the proforma invoice.

Once the entry is verified by KAMI, you will receive the final invoice by email and the order will be sent.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery times depend in the country of destination, however, we will try to get you to receive your order within 4 or 5 business days. As soon as we make the shipment, you will automatically receive an email with the delivery date.

KAMI is not responsible for any delays that may arise due to reasons beyond our control or due to force majeure.

 

PLACE OF DELIVERY

Purchases will be delivered to the address designated by the customer.

In case of absence of the recipient the transport company will leave note of notice of attempted delivery and the customer should contact to set a new delivery appointment.

SHIPPING AND TAX EXPENSES

The shipping costs are detailed in the proforma invoice.

The amount will depend on the country of destination and the volume of the purchase.

Both the products and the shipping costs are taxed by Spanish taxes (21% VAT), which will be borne by the customer.

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days counting from the reception of your order to return a defective or erroneous product. First of all, excuse the inconvenience. You can contact us through the form on our website, by email (kami@paperband.es) or by phone (+34 932 211 698) detailing the product as well as the defect / error it has.

A messenger will pick up the defective / erroneous product and replace it with the one originally requested without defects, with KAMI assuming the additional shipping costs. If it is no longer available, you can choose another of the same value or choose to be reimbursed the amount of the defective or erroneous product.
